Just did TOTS 90+ SBC and when opening pack it said no longer available

As the title, I just did the TOTs 90+ SBC then went to open the pack and it popped up saying "this pack is no longer available" What is going on with this game lately, it's becoming a mess. How do ...

    We're sorry to read you received an error trying to open the Team of the Season 90+ Guaranteed Pack. We reported this error message to our Team.

    By the way, the content is not lost. If you log back into Ultimate Team, you will find the content of this pack in your unassigned Items. Just try to open a pack, and you'll be redirected to that pile.

I had the same problem and it didn't help. I got "TOTS Guarantee pack" from objectives and TOTS +90 SBC. After claiming, both are nowhere to be found. Any other pack is added correctly to the store. I restarted the game and opened other packs but nothing helps. Can someone help me fix this problem?
