Just did TOTS 90+ SBC and when opening pack it said no longer available

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can see the history of my packs..
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t let me open my pack ( 90+ Weekly TOTS ) instead it takes me to the store as if I don’t have the pack I just did from the SBC. Unless I close the app and re-launch it, I won’t be able to open my pack but it will give me the player to store it in my club.
What should be happening instead? Letting me open my pack and see the animation maybe?

I did the (90+ Weekly TOTS) SBC, but i couldn’t open the pack. It was visible on the store but when i clicked on “Open” it kicked me out of the store and showed “please select another pack” after launching the store again I couldn’t find my pack.. I was seeing all the packs that was available on the store to purchase, but couldn’t find my pack. So, I closed the app and re-launched it in hope to be able to open it.. But instead, it opened the pack for me and I couldn’t do anything but to move the player to my club.. Any response from you would be appreciated. Thanks 🙏🏽.

Same why do they ad a pack that we cant open

Just relogged in fc24 to see this: @!#$%@!#$ EA they "Fixed it"

Restart the game, but the will will be already opened so you dont see the walkout

and now it gave me locko a 90 rated when I could've had a way better player
