Keyboard PC player Since FIFA 2005 (Menu Controls Loss) EA_rephii Help plz

Keyboard PC player Since FIFA 2005 and FUT Club since 2011. Every FIFA game silky smooth performance and no problems with controls. This years game, EAFC24, for the first time I am having my Menu navigation Freezing, i.e., I lost control of the menu navigation. It only happens in Squad Tactics Ultimate team menu section, I just completely lose control of my navigation and I have to restart my game to gain control of my navigation, I only use keyboard and I don't use controller. It is also repeatable bug. Every time I go to Squad Tactics UT, I lose control of the menu Navigation. It also sometimes happens in Seasonal Objection Menu.

I know about computers very well. Everything from hardware to software is updated to latest. One hundred percent its a problem on the game side and its a bug.
