Kicked after winning game

Which part of the mode? Champions
Which part of it? Finals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 13/10/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 21:00 PM
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give me a win and fix your game
What happens when the bug occurs? game was over and was seeing the replays, then I got kicked and the match counted as a loss. It said somthing about the ea servers not being able to handle it or something like that
What should be happening instead? I should win and be able to go to the "after match lobby".

Won game in futchampions and the game was over, I then got  kicked and the match counted as a  loss.

    Had the same issue. Twice now I've won and been kicked immediately after the win. Losses are fine of course

    Exactly the same thing here, I’m losing out on better rewards for no apparent reason, but I can play through a full match that I’m losing. 25 minutes into a game I am winning and I lose all connection to ea servers for 5 minutes. Tell me how this is fair in any way when I’ve spent time and money to play and enjoy this game. It feels like I’m being genuinely punished for winning a game, a game should never make you feel that way yet nothing ever gets fixed

    @SuperMac1212 Literally just had it. Done with this game. 6-4 up in the 90th minute, the other guy left and my game completely crashed and it gave me the DNF. Like how does that make sense. How do you contact EA about it? It’s funny how there’s no direct way to talk to them anymore. They know there game is ruined, again. Did you get any compensation??
