Why after all this time after spending soo much money on the game do I still now and then get kicked out of a game either winning or losing and getting it classed as a loss and a DNF against me when ...
Thanks, please try the following steps to help clear up this issue:
- Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
