Kickoff not launching

Hi guys lm having trouble playing kickoff on my pc. Bought the game on Steam. it just loading the the green FC according at the bottom and its taking forever. But in manager career and player career ...

l tried that as well but it didn't work for me as well. it's infinitely loading and the problem has also surfaced in my player or manager career some matches play some matches infinitely load. Can we have some guys from EA to look into this and find what the problem is.
