Latvia missing from EA FC PRO

Hello,

I would like to enquire / report an issue where Latvia is not mentioned as a region when registering for EA FC PRO this year, albeit it is mentioned in appendix A in the general rules of this year as a country from which participation in tournaments is allowed and has even been assigned a designated region to compete in.
