1. Run the EA app as an administrator
2. Clear the cache via Help > App Recovery > Clear cache
3. Temporarily disable your firewall/ant-virus or make an exception for the EA app
For disabling the firewall https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-microsoft-defender-firewall-on-or-off-ec0844f7-aebd-0583-67fe-601ecf5d774f
If you still face the same issue then, start your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot."
Click on the below link and follow the procedure to perform a clean boot. Check if it helps.

After you performed these steps, then please let me know if they worked or not. Before entering the game, set your account to offline mode in the EA App, then launch the game, enter the main menu. When you are in the main menu, minimize the game and go online in the EA app, then go to ultimate team
None of this worked for me, i have updated driver, uninstalled ea app and fifa, cleared cache, the works and the game still wont load up. It also crashes my PC regularly and turns the whole system off. Any ideas?
