Leaving players manager career mode

When playing manager career mode, my players keep asking for a transfer to leave the club. With the reason that they want to play more games, but I play every game with these players. This is really strange and at least 3 starting 11 players asked for a transfer with this reason, although they have played every game. Why does this happen? And how can this be fixed?
