Linking EA account with prime

when i tried to claim amazon prime gift of the month i didn't get it and when i tried to check the linked account it says that my EA account is linked to another prime account somehow so i unlinked my EA account to link it to my my only prime account only to find out that it was connected to the same prime account and i can't link it again as it's just one time in a lifetime and i don't know how to reach EA support
