Something like this can happen for a couple of reasons. Have you tried to repair the game files and update your system and drivers. 

EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) 

But the game works fine as I mentioned it’s only the kickoff match so why I need to update the drivers or repair files if it’s only one feature of the game?

The repair option will verify the game file to ensure no files are missing or corrupted.  

Updating drivers can help if the game gets stuck on a black screen. Even if that happens only in one game mode, it's worth trying.

Update:

I updated the drivers and uninstalled and installed the game.

And all champions league stages works but when I’m trying the final the problem is still there.

please can a technical support advisor contact me privately and check this problem with me?

its really annoying that i just bought the game and everything is almost working its like a bug issue because it’s something specific that’s not working.

also I don’t have any option on ea app to repair only play button.

(I downloaded the game via steam).

Since the game is on Steam, you can verify the Integrity of Game Files to make sure there are no errors. Can you also check it with a different squad and different players? 

Still can’t play online friendlies can please someone contact me privately and help me with that? Such a bad customer support.
