I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely.
Have you tried just hitting the Menu button instead of continue? That's the small button to the lower right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
Also, if you have anything plugged into the USB ports, try removing those. It's a longshot, but possibly could help.
- @EA_Aljo Yes I’ve literally tried everything, just attempted the cycle then same outcome , don't really know at this point don’t think it’s a console issue genuinely think it’s just a glitch on EA side
It won’t let me press continue either I’ve tried the past 3 days done everything deleted the game and re installed nothing helps

Try checking your privacy settings on your Xbox. This is in the Xbox settings > Privacy & online safety. Make sure you don't have anything that could potentially block the verification.
Also, I previously mentioned going to profile.ea.com and logging out and then back in. Try that again, but this time when logging in, use the click on the Xbox icon instead of entering your EA account details.

Are you using an ultrawide monitor by chance? If so, the clickable area might not be lining up. Try clicking off to the side of the button instead.
