Try checking your privacy settings on your Xbox. This is in the Xbox settings > Privacy & online safety. Make sure you don't have anything that could potentially block the verification.
Also, I previously mentioned going to profile.ea.com and logging out and then back in. Try that again, but this time when logging in, use the click on the Xbox icon instead of entering your EA account details.

Are you using an ultrawide monitor by chance? If so, the clickable area might not be lining up. Try clicking off to the side of the button instead.

I play fc24 on xbox & since yesterday I tried to enter the code & press continue it doesn't progress, I already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it's still the same, I'm from Mexico & I don't know why this happens

I have been having this exact issue for a few days, a fix would be appreciated, my ea account is verified I have tried all fixes on this post and none work, missing out on a lot on fc24 because of this, I'm on xbox series s

*Solved*
Hi all, I had the exact same problem and unfortunately EA were unable to help me.
However, I figured out a solution,
Step 1 log out of your ea account (on phone or pc)
Step 2 log back in to ea account on phone or pc
Step 2 go to settings/my account its the person icon at the top
Step 3 click security and under login verification turn it off.
Then go on to your xbox quit the ea sports fc game if the application or quick resume is on. Restart the game and this should fix the issues as that's what I did and no issues since.
- 2 years ago@bigchopper205 Open your ea.com account bro, go to settings >> security >> and turn off the activation code, that helped me the problem disappeared, and I can play online again 🤩🤙🏻
