lose package

The game crashed when I was playing, but my activity package disappeared. However, I did not open the package and there were not many items in it. EA needs to compensate for my loss.

EA are an absolute joke and disgusting! I have been chasing missing players for weeks now that were supposed to be in a guaranteed player pack.
They've done nothing but lie to me and I have over 20 cases opened for the issue.
