Main power stamina and name bar in middle of screen does not appear

Ever since the launch of the game I have yet to see the main power stamina and name bar that shows in the middle of the screen on both sides of the mini map for both home and away teams. There is no way for me to see shot power unless I toggle on the power indicator above my player. Everyone else has these bars in the middle of the screen and I’ve had them for every other fifa except this one. Please see my screenshot where it shows no name power or stamina bars to the right or left of the mini map in the middle of the screen. This is for any game mode I play and there is no setting to toggle in for this and there is no information at all online regarding this issue, as I have been searching for weeks trying to find something before posting this issue. Please advise, extremely annoying for buying the ultimate edition for this game and have had numerous problems.
