MAJOR ISSUE WIRH CREATED PLAYERS IN CAREER MODE MANAGER

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create some players, go on the second season of your career and you'll see them edited, unusable and bugged
What happens when the bug occurs? The created players got deleted and bugged, you can't use them anymore or interact with them, you lose them and it ruins eveything. Their skin color is changed , no more nationality, no height(0'0) , position changed, overall rating changed, club changed and interacting with them make you lose progression
What should be happening instead? After a second season, everything is supposed to be normal, no deleted players nor bugged, so that we can still use them since it's for most of the people to do it.
So created players are bugged, some of them in and only in Career mode got generated mini faces not looking at all like them instead of the Grey regular one for created players, and after a season some of them got deleted, unusable

Let's say you create your players and want to go on a long career with them, second season you lost the young created player that you developed , you find him duplicated in the search bar of transfer search, and another mini face is generated, no height, no nationality, everything on his informations is bugged and messed up.
Additionally, applying a squad update will reset the face of created players by the default looking.
