manager career: player transfer request has gotten worse

after all the complaints from manager career mode players about the frequency of players requesting transfers after missing a match, the issue has somehow gotten worse. not only is your fitness mechanic broken, forcing users to rotate pretty much every match or risk playing fatigued players and incurring an angry message from them, but having to do so has led to THREE players requesting transfers before even making it to january. what an absolute shambles this mode has become.
