Manager mode -fire scout bug

Manager mode.

1)Problem firing coach. Crashes every time. Tried restarting and changing tactics, bug still occurs. Loads up wish list tab as it’s trying to open tab to fire scout. Doesn’t allow you to select ‘yes’ to confirm fee to fire coach. 
2)When signing new player, in video footage when paparazzi trying to take shots of new player, new player shown in the wrong kit.  

Will the game be reset? I purchased disc version. Will I receive new disc when bugs have been repaired?
