I understand that the function of the forum is to address deficiencies in the game by consumers, but on EA's part we are not receiving any response regarding this.
We are not even talking about gameplay. This is a BASIC feature your game offers.
It is unfortunate that a feature offered in the game is not working and you do nothing to fix it.
In yesterday's update it seems that this problem persists.
