the seasons community is crying out for serious help. how could you release a game where filters dont work? manual filters dont work. RESTRICTIVE matchmaking doesnt work too! we need answers! we need the next update to change this! we are not even talking abou gameplay. this is a BASIC feature your game offers!!!!!!

Would you be so kind as to respond when we contact you?
I understand that the function of the forum is to address deficiencies in the game by consumers, but on EA's part we are not receiving any response regarding this.

We are not even talking about gameplay. This is a BASIC feature your game offers.
It is unfortunate that a feature offered in the game is not working and you do nothing to fix it.
In yesterday's update it seems that this problem persists.

Please give us an answer or tell us where we should go to escalate this problem and look for a solution.
