Match difficulty bug

Match difficulty bug. Even though the match difficulty set at legendary level the match still playing against amateur level

I had this problem, I just fixed it, go to CPU Settings, you will probably find one of the settings is set on 1 and the rest on 50. Change the 1 to 50, it fixed my problem immediately.
