Missing 4600 FC 24 Points On Account

Hey folks,
We're seeing quite a large number of the recent reports are from accounts that either:
- Selected the EA Play Pro Edition
- Purchased the Standard Edition
- Have already claimed and/or used the 4600 FC Points in-game
- Did not purchase the game on the account posting in this thread
Please keep in mind that the EA Play Pro Edition does not receive 4600 FC Points. Instead, players with an active EA Play Pro subscription will receive 4800 FC Points in 3 installments of 1600 FC Points each per month, as long as the EA Play Pro subscription remains active.
The Standard Edition of the game does not come with FC Points.
For Steam purchases, you may need to claim the DLC separately as mentioned here.
