Missing an 84x20

 I am saving packs for TOTY, I claimed the level 35 reward from the season 3 Frostbite, i decided to choose the 84x20, But all of the sudden its missing, I know for a fact that i have not opened it, Because if i had i would have had a lot more 84s in my club and i currently only got like 5, And it was in my packs session, i claimed it about 1,5 day ago, And i know i got it but it just disapperared without me even opening it, I really want it back, i am GMT+1 timezone wise. I know i had it 30 minutes ago, because i saw it next to my 83x10, And when i decided to check next time it was just gone. Is there anything u guys can do?
