missing coins/coin swipe

I have was playing UT EA FC 24. I usually trade to make my coins since the game doesn’t rewards you for being a good player from champs/rival rewards. I go to trade with eder militao, i just buy one card of his at his price. I got back 30 minutes later to buy one more and then it says i don’t have the coins for it. Goes to show on web app, companion app, console… that i have 0 coins. I didn’t receive an email on EA’s behalf without a reason too. I sent a dispute. HOW DO I GET MY COINS BACK !

    If you have lost your coins, it could be due to two reasons. Firstly, your account might have been hacked, and your coins might have been removed by someone else. Secondly, our Terms of Service team might have taken action after finding that you have broken the game rules. I'd recommend checking your email or your account for any messages regarding the coin removal, as our TOS team always sends an email to confirm it.

  • I feel like those aren't the only two options. There's a very real chance there's a bug in the code.

    Can you please send me my full transaction history along with beginning and ending balances? That will clear up the issue.

  • same issue with my account , I didn't get notification or anything by EA regarding this, just coins turned to 0

    I literally had The same problem today I woke up and I found my coins were ZERO!!
