missing FC Points bought from companion app

Hello,

I've been buying FC points using companion app, but the last time I've purchased, the amount was deducted from my google store and my credit card but the points were not in the game nor the app. what should I do ?

    Ive too had this problem and after following the support ticket info in this thread I continuously get told by too submit screenshots even though I have twice already now. At this point it is theft by EA
