Missing Julian Alvarez after doing SBC.
I just did the Julian Alvarez SBC and did not received the reward. I close the app restarted and nothing. I looked on my console and nothing.

Had the same issue as well.
1. Did you check unassigned pile? How many items are there on unassigned pile? Please note - Game only shows 50 items. Once you clear these 50 items will appear. You new SBC player could be behind these 50 items.
2. Also verify quicksell recovery on App.
If above 2 points didnt helps then try approaching EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
They usually deals with missing items/players.
