Missing player ea fc 24

10/15/2023 I bought Salah’s 89 rating card and played the weekend league. 10/17/2023 new developments appeared, I went to play in the cup, instead of Salah I put Weah from Juventus in the squad, and Salah went to the reserve (to the right of the substitutions). I played the required number of matches in the cup and discovered that the place where Salah was was empty. The player is not at the club, not on the transfer market and not in the remote ones. I rebooted the console, did everything, today is 10/31/2023 and it’s still not there.I constantly write to ea.help and they told me to write here, they said that they could help me
