Missing player from pack

So yesterday day I opened a pack and I packed I quote (99 David Beckham) and then before I could claim everything my game crashed as I was loading back on I went into the store to find no David beckham and the rest of the players I packed not there I searched my quick sell recovery my club and nothing there

@Recharge2k9 Have you tried to restart the game and check unassigned pile again?

If you have taken screenshot or video clip then try approaching EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
They usually deals with missing items/players.

I already asked ea help they told me to message on here and I tried resetting my game multiple times and still no David beckham
