Missing players on UT after the repeatable icon sbc was removed

So I played a few Rivals games to test out the Sawa I got from the icon pick that dropped today (the one that could only be done twice). I jumped off the PS and thought I'd do the repeatable one again; had on done it once at this point, mid way through doing it I was trying to submit the 87 squad with a tots and it kept giving me an error so I though what the heck since I've made it ill check if I can do it on the PS5, the app can get glitch like that.

My mates then told me it was removed right at the moment I was trying to submit so thought nothing of it and went into or tried going into a champs game. 

It wouldn't let me keep going and it was saying I had concept players but so confused because I know 1000% I hadn't put any of my starting lineup in any sbcs, would only happen I f they were dupes maybe but wasn't the case.

Low and behold my 99 Objective Haaland, and 99 Futties Kerr were showing as concepts.

I've asked and spoken to an advisor who said it'd been reported a few times and they were looking into this issue. 

I need these players back so I can compete in weekend league but nothing can be confirmed to me! This is beyond silly and there also isn't a complaints procedure or policy for EA I'm just so confused what to do next, I was told to just check on the forum when there's a resolution. Basically I won't know anything about the issue or bug that's hit me I just have to "Google" it. Worst company ever.
