@EA_LeonSK Any news on this issue? Second time the Companion App fails (at least now you blocked SBC submission via the App so we won't have this problem anymore). When are we expected to get our XP and Packs? Please inform us, we're your customers and deserve a response.

That is a lie, 2 days after supposed resolution sill nothing. Fix your god damn game.
EA_LeonSK This is simply not true. I've submitted a message to Support to no avail. On top of that, I need to dedicate time and effort for the second time (including the 1500 XP and 100K Pack that didn't get assigned last season) because of an issue that is entirely on your end. What else can I do to get my rightfully earned rewards?
