missing xp

I have some missing xp that I didn’t receive and the seasons will end soon if it’s possible to get help in this problem before the season ends please.

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select FC 24(or any game you're trying to play)
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I'm missing my Items or Packs
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

I get error messages between now and then but I didn’t get my xp.

I don’t have any clips to provide sorry but I have around a page and a half missing
