MISTAKE FROM THE PACK
From Ultimate TOTS Upgrade Pack I received Banza 90... EA, whats up? what should I do?

- @VADYASTAR From where did you received this pack? Can you please share exact name of the pack? do you have any video clip when you open this pack?

They usually deals with incorrect items/players. I received that pack from SBC. Unfortunately don’t have any videos
As I understand from that pack I should have received a player from Ultimate TOTS squad (93-94+) but I got Banza…(
- @VADYASTAR There are lots of people getting confused with UT and Ultimate. Not all packs are giving out Ultimate TOTS. Do you remember which SBC you have completed? We can cross verify on FUTBIN which pack it was.
It was “Ultimate TOTS Upgrade” pack. As I know Ultimate TOTS are the best TOTS in the game, no? And I shouldn’t have received Banza from this pack. Not right?
- @VADYASTAR If you have open Ultimate TOTS Upgrade pack and didnt received correct player then please reach out to EA help using above link. Only they can investigate issues like incorrect item/player.
