Mudded gameplay input delay fatman lag etc

Once again I am back to report that the gameplay is unresponsive and slow in EAFC ultimate team. This always happens to me around the end of the month and beginning of new month. Gameplay will usually get better somewhere around the middle of month. I don't see how this can be a connection issue because my ping is low when getting into games usually 10ms or 9 it never goes above 30 during matches.i don't get any indicator during the game that say I'm experiencing any packet loss or jitter. What do I do
