My Account is Suspended because Someone Swore at me
Hi there, I reported a person who added me after a Ultimate Team game and calling me all types of slurs. I received an email several days later from EA thanking me because they took action for this person. Then, some time later I received another one saying that my account is suspended. Because I quoted what he told me in the chat. They attached which message caused my suspension in their email. And it is this:

You can clearly see he called me the "R" word and I am referring to his message.
I even created a case in EA Help but they declined my ban dispute. I have screenshots of this as well.
Can someone please tell me how come I am getting banned because I was the one who got cursed??? I did not even added the guy to my contacts who cursed at me. He was the one who sent me a friend request because he was raging. How is this possible and how come EA HELP declines my ban dispute? With a quick google search you can see there are many incidents like this in different EA games where you report a person for their misbehavior and they ban you and they even decline your dispute after, there are reddit topics about this like how come this is possible???
