My card are glitched, the texture disappear

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? From 10 August to now
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) I dont remember
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? All the items in game like card or consumables are glitched, the texture disappear
What should be happening instead?

    Hey @M4g107,

    Could you try reinstlaling the game? That's helped players with this exact issue in the past.

    But if i reinstall the game i lost everything

    Your Ultimate Team progress is saved to the cloud. You won't lose any progress there from a reinstall.

    Yeah, but the other progress like manager career?

    @M4g107,

    Unless you explicitly delete those too, they should stick around when you uninstall the game. I understand if you don't want to risk it though, but so far it's the best troubleshooting step we have.
