My controller turns off when defending

My controller turns off during gameplay in ultimate mode. This has happened over 200 times in the past two months. This happens 95% of the time when my opponent is attacking my goal. Over 200 times is not exaggerating, I've tried to contact you multiple times, and still no progress. The AI also stops my players and makes them turn in circles until my opponent scores.
