My divisions rivals has not worked in 4 months

Good day, I have an issue with my Division rivals for about 4 months i havent been able to play a single match and I've everything from changing the matchmaking setting to deleting it from my system and re-installing I've been frustrated trying to solve this. I bought the game mainly for FUT now i feel i've wasted my money and i don't want to buy 24 because what if this issue continues. I'm using PC and steam fyi
