my ea account blocked

why is my ea account blocked if I bought the ultimate edition to wait for September 29? I'm waiting for compensation, because I can't play until now. there were no bans
technical issues

    @snimaxon 

    It looks like it's possible your account was actioned for violating the Terms of Service. An advisor will be able to let you know if that is why you're not able to play. You can open a case using the link I provided in my last response.
