I recently pre-ordered EAFC24 Ultimate edition and i was playing it yesterday and a bit today but all of a sudden whilst i was playing it said trial has ended and shut the game, i now can't access fifa.
Another note is that i didn't receive my pre-order items with the game, only got my credits but no TOTW or anything else....

feels a bit better knowing i'm not the only one but i hope for both of us it's resolved asap
found the problem, if you bought the game off of CDkeys then it's a faulty code, check your code email again and it should be a new code, re-enter it and sha-bang.
