I bought the Ultimate Edition after the 10 hours trial and now it says my trial is expired and my game is not in the library anymore and i have to buy the game again

I have the ultimate edition and have played for 25 hours since its release; in fact, I played today as well. However, when I opened the EA app to log in now, the Play button was grayed out.
cant play my ultimate edition pre order.
- @WarlockMRace Seems like its happening to a lot of people and the one thing in common is that we have purchased the game from CDKEYS.
In the email it did say that once we redeem one code the other would be deactivated. Maybe they deactivated the wrong key and now we are all left with the faulty one? did you have to contact cd keys for a new code? i bought mine from cd keys and i haven't received anything from them.

Hello, i can't play EA FC 24, however i have an ultimate version, i played 32 hours, when last updated came out, i couldn't launch the game, it says i need to wait for 29 september to play.
