My EA FC 24 Early Access has been removed?

I redeemed a code for Madden 24 that I bought off of cdkeys and the code went through but now I can't find my game. I already tried the recommended solutions to see if it would appear.

I have a problem with my EA FC 24. I bought a code for the game from Eneba (the ultimate edition) at 21st of September. I couldn't start the game because EA app said "Coming soon, Release date Sep 29, 2023 12:00". So i bought the EA play to play the game. It started and it was all good but when the 10 hours trial ended I can't access my game anymore. It's not in my library somehow. It's really fustrating.

It was the same for me yesterday, today i opened EA APP again and it was in my library again. wait and see if it resolves

I redeemed a code for EA SPORTS FC 24 and the download failed. I restarted the app and when I went back the download was nowhere to be seen and I can no longer redeem the code. Any ideas how I can get my game?

my early access doesnt work

My game is still suspended. I upgraded my EA sub for Play to Proplay during my 10h trial, but I still got kicked off the game. 

I've already contacted via Facebook, contact form and mail since Sunday and still no response whatsoever. I expect to be compensated for missing last weekend's weekend league and for not being able to upgrade my Rivals.

Did you fix this? I have the same issue on Xbox

I have a problem that after completing the 10 hours trial period (ea play) and after having redeemed the standard version, EA APP continues to show that my trial period is expired while it should visualize the standard version (runnable after 29/9). Following suggestion from other threads I have cleaned EA app cash and uninstalled the game with no success.

Now it is even worse, the game in uninstalled and is still shown as trial, not allowing me to pre-download.

How to install the standard version?
