My EA FC 24 hacked and transfer market banned

Did EA help you with this?? Any new update? 

My account was hacked on 24th October and also EA has banned my account (trasnfer market ban on EA FC).

I have raised a case and emailed them, waiting for reply.

    I'm sorry to hear this situation has caused distress for you. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been used and banned. We can't look into compromises or bans from Answers HQ but I'll share how to get help with both of those below:

    1. Bans: To have an EA ban looked into, you'll need to contact our Terms of Service team directly. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team. These EA Help guides will share more information around EA and bans with tips for filling out the webform too.
    2. Hacked EA Account: If you're concerned someone's hacked your account, I would still strongly encourage you to go through resetting these security steps. There may be some steps there that can't be completed while the ban is in place but that's ok, the ban itself will limit any activity on the EA account itself so nothing further can take place on the account while the ban is in place. 
      Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as SteamEpic GamesAmazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStationXboxNintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple IDGoogle Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).

    It varies but here's what the team has shared about expected response times in the guide: 'How EA bans and suspensions work'.

  • @neprulz10 Hi, how long it took for you to get your transfer market access back? I am having the same issues and did not hear back from EA for a while now.
  • @gimbatron Hi, they unbanned me and give my coins (compesntion) in 5 days. Once you submit a case be patient and give upto 5 days. Ea will email you regarding the outcome of the case. If not contact them again. Hope this helps and hopefully they help you.

    @neprulz10 Did you attached some evidence thath you got hacked to them ? I only have evidence that someone log in to my account from Milan , Italy all my player in sold item was clear by the hacker and i didnt evidence that he selling my player but all my tradeable player was all gone.
