I'm sorry to hear you're having problems running the game. Are you trying to launch the game from the EA app or from a desktop shortcut?

  Are you using any VPNs by any chance? In case you are, please try disabling it. I would also suggest to perform a Clean Boot as this will close all background apps that could be conflicting with the game and EA app: How to clean or safe boot your computer
