My ea fc 24 wont start it says everytime that my pc is offline.

Are you using any VPNs by any chance? In case you are, please try disabling it. I would also suggest to perform a Clean Boot as this will close all background apps that could be conflicting with the game and EA app: How to clean or safe boot your computer

      Could you please try setting up a hotspot on your mobile device, connect via wifi and try launching the game to see if it works? By doing this we can identify if the issue is related to the current connection or not.
