My friends can't see me in the EA Connect section in FC25.

Hi, My friends can't see me in the EA Connect section in FC25. I can see all my friends and invite them, but they can't see or invite me. This problem didn't exist before. I got banned 4 days ago and this problem appeared after the ban period ended. We can both see each other in the EA App, but unfortunately all my friends are having problems in the game. Can you help me?
