My FUT Champs games are not counting

I keep getting kicked out of ultimate team at the end of my FUT Champions games once they have finished due to losing communication being lost with EA servers. This occurs when my internet is fine and afterwards i can load back in again to ultimate team with ease. This does not count my wins as it says DNF. I would preferably like compensation for the 3 ranks i went down by because of this error by EA. It would be appreciated if this can be dealt with to help both me and others, thank you.
