My game has not been connecting to ea servers

Good evening

I play on an Xbox series s and my game was working perfectly until I've came back on Sunday the 14th of April. My game cannot connect to EA servers and continues to give this message constantly

I have tried reinstalling and restarting my router constantly and nothing has worked

Plz give me suggestions on how to resolve this issue and how i can access my game

I can access the companion app but not my normal game on my console

Thanks, your ping, jitter and packet loss are still very high. Let's try the steps in this article as well please to help with that.

If you're still not seeing an improvement, you'll then want to contact your internet provider for more help on this.

Thank u but i still dont see why this cannot be an in game issue because every game on my console functions perfectly besides eafc24 which is ridiculous ive been playing this game since November and nothing has gone wrong while i was playing it besides now
The servers are even giving horrible ping and sometimes i feel like youll dont get that for some players
I will try my best to improve the connection but i still feel its an in game issue
