My game won't run

Question

Whenever I am trying to launch the the it is showing 'Game / DLL version mismatch. Please repair or restart the game'. I've tried running as administrator , repairing the game files and even reinstalling it. But the issue still persists. Please anyone help me to resolve this issue.
