I have exactly the same issue. Have a Socrates to evolve but due to putting the “red pick” on him it won’t let. Same stats. Still a base icon. Makes no sense.
I think they’ll have to patch this because it’ll affect their bottom line and put off tons of players. How many Zola’s are red and Socrates
