@Distribucionje did u find a solution to this problem or is it still not working?
Yes. You have to go to game settings in career mode and open user sliders. When you open user sliders you will see that somehow CPU sliders are reduced for unknown reasons. Just put them on default and you are good to go. That did it for me.
